When? Friday, September 5 (as soon as you can get away) thru Sunday, September 7
Why? Fun and Fellowship
Cost? $30 per night with your own tent or camper One cabin still available at $65 + tax per night Day Pass = $3.50 for adults, $3.00 for children, $20.00 max per family ++PLUS++ $10 per family for community activities and Tableware Sign-up: Kathy Gibson (late service), Cindy Lang (early service) or 783-1000 Reservations must be made with the camp ground by July 31
What will we do? (Weather Permitting)
Friday: Check in and set up camp
Saturday: Breakfast and lunch on your own o 2:00 Games for children, (ages 4-12, give or take a year or two) meet @ site 46 o 6:00 Potluck Dinner at site 58, BYOBevrage, a salad dish (veggie or fruit) and main dish To Share, TableWare Provided o 8:00 Campfire and S’Mores at site 46
Sunday: 9:00 a.m. Devotional at site 58 o 10:00 Potluck Continental Breakfast (donuts, sweet rolls, fruit, leftovers from Saturday dinner, etc (Coffee provided) o 11:00 Pack and Leave
Ladies Bible Study 2nd Saturday of Month 11am Meeting at the church - light breakfast provided - studying "Women of the Bible". This is a great fellowship Opportunity !
Men's Breakfast Bible Study Meets the 3rd Saturday of EVERY month at the Flat Rock Cafe on Telegraph just across the street from the church. If you can't make it at 8:30 for breakfast, we start our study about 9:30. Come on out guys, it's a great fellowship time.
